Rotadex was approached by Dr. Reynolds Surgery in Wimbledon, South West London to help provide a solution to a major filing problem - lack of space and no effective file management.

 

 

John Brain, the Group Manager of Gloucestershire County Council Trading Standards Department, recognised the need to move from the use of four drawer filing cabinets to a more efficient records management system. He approached Rotadex who proposed a lateral colour coded filing system, which provided the most cost effective use of space as well as increasing the level of efficiency in terms of the storage and retrieval of records.
